We had a GRAND time in Holland! We stayed 16 days, missed Daddy lots! The first week we stayed at my brother Peter & Lydia and Christiaan, Daniel and Gideon, the boys had fall break so we had lots of time together! We ate yummy stampot, patat met kroket, pasta, hutspot, stroopwafels, tompoezen, liquorice, and lots more... and a lot of good coffee!
We visited my Grandma, my Oma, and Ariana's great grand Oma! We also visited my Dad, Ariana's Opa, and my sisters and stepmom were there too! Great time! We had a wonderful piece of slagroomtaart... creamcake... and homemade dinner around the table.
The next week we stayed at my aunt Bea, we had a very good time together! Coffee in bed in the early morning, then Bea a nice cozy snuggly nap with Ariana! Breakfast with Jean and just a good good time together.
My friend Veronique and her mom came to visit, after an attempt to admire a beautiful closed museum (note to self; check opening hours first) we went to the city and shopped and dined before it was time for them to take the train back to Den Bosch...
I caught up with my friends, Isa & Nathan and their beautiful girls! And with Miranda and her handsome boys and adorable girl...
Then my wonderful family got together to meet Ariana, what a blessing to see so many of my cousins and all my aunts and uncles!! They gave me a beautiful silver necklace too .... so sweet! I love it!
